Contest Rules for GC Diamonds "Heart of Elegance" Giveaway:

1. Eligibility: The "Heart of Elegance" Giveaway (hereafter referred to as the "Contest") is open to legal residents of US, aged 18 years or older at the time of entry. Employees of GC Diamonds, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.

2. Entry Period: The Contest begins on April 17, 2024 and ends when the 10th entry is entered. Entries submitted before or after the Entry Period will not be eligible.

3. How to Enter: To enter, make a purchase of $1000 or more (excluding taxes and shipping) at GC Diamonds during the Entry Period. Each qualifying purchase will count as one entry into the Contest. Only the first ten qualifying purchases will be eligible as entries.

4. Prize: One (1) winner will be randomly selected from the eligible entries received. The winner will receive a 4.3 carat heart-shaped lab diamond with an approximate retail value of $12,000. The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other items.

5. Winner Selection: The winner will be selected by random drawing from all eligible entries received. The drawing will take place within [number] days after the Entry Period ends. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

6. Notification: The winner will be notified via email or phone within 2 days of the drawing. If the winner does not respond within 30 days of notification, another winner will be selected.

7. Verification of Winners: The potential winner may be required to provide proof of identification and eligibility. Failure to provide such proof within a reasonable time may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner.

Release: By participating in the Contest, entrants agree to release and hold harmless GC Diamonds, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any and all liability for any injuries, losses, or damages of any kind arising from or in connection with the Contest or the use or acceptance of the prize.

11. General Conditions: GC Diamonds reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Contest if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond its reasonable control impairs the integrity of the Contest, as determined by GC Diamonds in its sole discretion.

12. Governing Law: The Contest is governed by the laws of Ohio, USA. Any disputes arising under or in connection with the Contest shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Ohio.

13. Winner's List: To obtain a copy of the winner's name, send a self-addressed stamped envelope to 5085 White Chapel Lane, Loveland, Ohio 45140 within 14 days after the end of the Entry Period.

14. Sponsor: The Contest is sponsored by GC Diamonds .

15. Compliance: This Contest is subject to all applicable laws and regulations. Void where prohibited or restricted by law.

By participating in the Contest, entrants agree to abide by these Official Rules and the decisions of GC Diamonds, which are final and binding in all matters relating to the Contest.
